Fluent Engineering provided full MEP design services for the significant tenant improvement of the state-owned 550 Building.
The project featured a complete renovation of the upper floor along with targeted upgrades to the first floor and basement, transforming the facility into a modern, flexible workplace.

Our team delivered HVAC modifications to accommodate the new office layout, plumbing design for additional restrooms and breakrooms, and a state-of-the-art lighting system focused on energy efficiency and occupant comfort. We also upgraded the fire alarm, security, and electrical systems, ensuring the building meets today’s safety, reliability, and sustainability standards. The result is a revitalized facility that supports the State’s operational needs while enhancing the user experience.
